		<description>Instead of a tool that tracks if I&#039;m paying attention I&#039;d rather see a tool that a speaker can use to select the names of the people that are on the call who need the information.  That tool could flash on the screen of the necessary people, but also allow them to give feed back to the speaker, &quot;not my area&quot;, &quot;get on with it&quot;, &quot;good info&quot;, or other such comments.

The biggest problem with conference calls is that too many people feel they need to rehash the whole problem/solution/issue before getting to the targeted tasks or questions.</description>
