Hi Gia.
I’m looking for someone to help me brainstorm about how to integrate social media with Six Sigma. I believe that if someone figured out how to properly tailor and align social software with the DMAIC model for process improvement, management would be more than persuaded…even in very traditional businesses. I’m not really a Six Sigma guy, just a waffle-thinkin’ type of IT guy looking for very practical business value from our social software.
Don’t know of anyone considering this direction. Your thoughts?
What an interesting idea! Combining Six Sigma with social software would actually be in line with the Six Sigma goals. Black and green belts might find that their projects achieve greater success (better quality, less budget, less time) with a bit of social collaboration.
