I haven’t written much of anything in a few weeks, because I’m so stinkin’ busy. Say what you want about Jive Software good or bad (I like the good, btw – loving all the tweets I see about Clearspace!), but know that we are hopping.
Here are my October stats, during which I worked 19 days (I took four PTO days):
- Talked to 16 unique customers, 22 times – met with only 3 of them in person
- Participated in 35 unique discussions, document collaborations, or blog comments in 9 of the planning sites we set up for our PoC/Pilot customers
- Performed 7 demonstrations
- Co-created customized use cases and/or adoption tactics with customers 10 times
- Delivered end user orientation to 2 customers and recorded them for their reuse
- Delivered internal community governance and administration orientation for 1 customer
Interesting, yes?
I’ve been referring to these posts rather frequently during my discussions with customers:
- How to onboard new employees using Clearspace
- Behavior Migration is H-A-R-D, but Possible
- Why is it so hard to get smart people to share?
- Making Clearspace look and act a little like Facebook
- Best business hook-up hotspot: Clearstep
