The story behind #3: There's this most excellent river ride throughout the Atlantis resort. It involves inner tubes. As I was jumping backwards onto one, I nearly lost my shorts. Fortunately, I became stuck mid-jump on the front part of my tube, trapping my swimsuit bottoms just before things got R-rated. I think I was raised by circus performers, because I was somehow able to pull them up, slide back into the tube, and pass it all off like nothing happened.

Sand gets everywhere ... it's a law of nature that holds that sand WILL penetrate every bodily orifice, and having got in will resist for days any effort to remove it.

I have inexplicable bruises, aches and pains, too. Except for the big purple bump on my shin from the evil Frisbee. That one, I remember getting. Vacation is rough on the bod.
